A Very Sexy Halloween

It’s been a challenge to try and figure out a costume for Justin that could be part of a pair with a Pot Brownie… Cheech? A play on the Boy Scout? We’ve just dropped that and he’s torn between two costumes.
For those of you who’ve never seen him, Justin is 6’5” with huge, curly hair. His costumes that he’s torn between are the following:
Blazers-era Bill Walton - Vintage Blazers jersey, shorty short American Apparel shorts, sweat bands
Or, his dream for a few years now, Sexy Big Bird obviously mocking every girl ever - Yellow unitard or Yellow Speedo, Yellow feather boa, Chippendales-style bow ties and cuffs.
I can’t decide which I’d rather be seen with more.
